Hand wash only. Because each mug is lovingly designed and we strictly advise washing your pieces by hand with warm water and mild soap. Avoiding the harsh environment of a dishwasher protects the artisan glazes, maintains delicate surface textures, and ensures your ceramic pieces stay beautiful for every morning brew.

Delivery via Royal Mail and InPost. We carefully package every handmade piece in eco-friendly protective wrapping to ensure safe arrival. All UK orders are dispatched from our workshop using reliable tracked shipping through Royal Mail and convenient InPost parcel lockers, giving you flexible and dependable delivery options at checkout.

Are your handmade mugs dishwasher safe?

No sadly my iced coffee cups are not dishwasher safe as the designs or stickers could come off 

Can I use my iced coffee cup in the microwave?

No you can't use the iced coffee cups in the mircowave

How should I remove stubborn coffee or tea stains?

If the iced coffee cups have tea or coffee stains in them use warm soapy water and they should be fine

Why are there subtle variations in shape or colour?

Because every single cup is handmade and I would like everyone to choose their own coloured cup 

Where do you ship from and what are the delivery times?

All orders are packed and dispatched directly from our workshop in Southampton. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch, whilst express options arrive within 1 to 2 working days.

How do you protect ceramics during transit?

We take immense care with our packaging. Each mug is wrapped in generous layers of recyclable protective wrap and packed snugly inside sturdy double-walled cardboard boxes to guarantee safe arrival at your doorstep.

What happens if a cup arrives damaged?

Although breakages are very rare thanks to our secure packaging, accidents can happen. If your parcel arrives damaged, please email photos of the packaging and item to [[email]] within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Can I collect my order in Southampton?

Yes, we offer local collection by prior appointment from our Southampton studio. Simply choose the collection option at checkout or get in touch with our team to arrange a convenient collection time.
